He has a passion for building teams that push the boundaries of digital, creating unforgettable experiences that connect people and impact lives. He’s a visionary that brings a diverse background of pioneering expertise in the areas of virtual reality, gaming, design, and learning all of which allow BLDG25 to offer a unique approach to every delivery model.
Troy’s work has had an impact on major players like Intel, Cisco, Fidelity, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Raytheon. He’s created 5 successful companies from the ground up that have landed him on the Inc. 5000 list several times over; he’s won several awards for top innovation — and created an emerging tech conference in the gaming space that has now reached a global scale. He’s received the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award for being an up-and-coming entrepreneur and business leader. Most importantly, Troy instills a culture of respect, trust, and a people-first ethos. That is the indelible mark of all of Troy’s work.
He holds degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering and values creativity and ingenuity in his personal life and work – from culinary endeavors to working in his woodshop. He is driven by creating and sharing experiences to create joy for the people around him. In his spare time, drawn to nature’s energy, he travels the world and enjoys surfing, hiking, snowboarding, and competing in Ironman triathlon events. He also loves soccer and everything that involves family.
