WHAT WE DID

Hand letting go of sand freedom concept

Problem

Their clients wanted matching gift and volunteer programs to be more effective. Employees wanted to achieve personal giving goals. Trust, transparency, and ease of use were among the barriers to success.

Solution

Using insights from our blended behavioral design process, we built a fully integrated e-commerce-like consumer experience product embedded with transparency, behavioral nudges, personal touchpoints, and anchors that kept our customer targets invested.

SCROLL

The Results

We launched a minimum viable product in seven months which we went on to scale through several iterations; the platform sold to more than 19 enterprise customers in the first twelve months and our behavioral elements delivered an Average Transaction Value of 150% above industry baseline.
